Interests: Mammals Bats Ecomorphology Macroecology Macroevolution

I am very interested in the biology of mammals, particularly bats. In my Bachelor’s and Master’s studies I described the mammal community of Tetela de Ocampo, Puebla, and explored the population genetics of Sturnira parvidens throughout its entire geographical range. In my PhD, I describe and analyze the mode of evolution and rates of change of wing morphology and acoustic signals in bats at a global scale, and their impact on macroecological patterns.
